Amazon continues to find creative ways to promote Sony high definition electronics. First there was the Sony High-Def Store, then the Sony HDTV and Blu-Ray Player Bundle, and now the Sony Blu-Ray Player and Disc Promotion.

We're not complaining. We love the Sony 46XBR6 and Sony 52XBR6 HDTVs, and the Sony BDP-S350 and Sony BDP-S550 Blu-Ray players are top notch as well. The newest promotion offers up to five free Blu-Ray discs when you buy a Sony Blu-Ray player in the form of a buy-one-get-one-free deal (ten disc maximum). This deal makes sense. Almost all Blu-Ray player buyers throw in a few discs during checkout. Now they can double their pleasure at no extra cost.
